Vineyards: 64% Malbec from Red Tail Vineyard in Paso Robles. 25% Syrah sourced from Cedar Lane in Monterey County & 11% Petite Verdot from Paso Robles.
WINEMAKING: Our newest release “La Vita” was double the fun to make and produce as our maker Michael Bruzus worked with his creative brother Robbie Bruzus to produce a label that reflects all that we hope to achieve with our wines: Life is meant to be enjoyed. We hope you enjoy this new Malbec and Syrah blend from our cellars!
TASTING:
Aroma: Blue fruits intertwined with plum and black cherry, layered with notes of vanilla and bourbon from French and American oak (33% new oak).
Palate: Big and silky with a fruit-forward profile, showcasing rich blue fruit flavors intertwined with dark chocolate, soft tannins, and a balanced acidity that lifts the intensity of the wine.
FOOD PAIRING: Pair this new wine with a rich pulled pork, braised ribs, a blue cheese bacon burger or a garlicky roasted lamb shank. Enjoy!
