Donation Requests
Thank you for your interest in seeking a donation from our family owned and operated winery. Because of the overwhelming number of deserving requests, we focus on supporting as many local organizations as we can, with alternate years of support even within those groups. We also ask that organizations limit their requests to one (1) per year in order that we can help the greatest number of charities.

All requests should be submitted in writing on organization letterhead at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of your event. Digital files sent by email to info@picchetti.com are preferred and appreciated.
Each Letter of Request should include the following information and documents:
- Contact name, address, phone number and e-mail address
- Name of requesting organization
- The event & date details, including an event flyer or announcement
- Details regarding who benefits from the proceeds
- Details regarding how your donation will be used (raffle prize, auction item, etc.)
- Proof of 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit along with Tax ID number
